1. The Giver Is Independent and Disciplined
True Givers are not tossed around by trends or emotional appeals. They are spiritually mature, stable, and strategic.

A deep reserve of shyness
A desire to avoid conflict
An internal battle with self-worth
They don’t open up easily—and when they do, it’s only to trusted, covenant-level friends. That can sometimes make others feel left out or misunderstood.
But hear me: this isn’t rejection—it’s wisdom. Givers are protective over their energy, time, and vulnerability. And rightly so.
Critical Success Factors for the Giver’s Spiritual Identity
If you’re a Giver, your external obedience must be backed by internal wholeness and holiness.
Here are some non-negotiables to stay aligned:
1. Walk in Holiness and Integrity
God will not bless what you try to manipulate. Period.

But because this gift carries so much impact, it’s also highly targeted by the enemy.

1. Attack of Parental Influence: Performance Over Purpose
The first major attack comes through upbringing—especially when a Giver is raised in an environment where:
Performance is praised more than purpose
Ambition is valued over surrender
Pride is rewarded instead of humility
In this case, the Giver learns to treat tithes and offerings like a tax, rather than a form of worship. Giving becomes a transaction, not an act of faith.
The Result?

❌ Wrestling with God over "ownership"
